I had a study hall this morning and shit I just realized that I forgot to check in but anyways I used the time to finish my German homework. Then my mom drove me to the college and I did my classes there. In History all we did was write an essay analyzing this one article we read. German was pretty standard- mostly vocabulary and grammar practice. My dad picked me up and we had lunch at this really good pho place (っ˘ڡ˘ς). Then I went back to the high school. English was my last class today and pretty uneventful.
After school my mom and I went to this garage sale and I got four CDs for a dollar each. I’ve never heard of any of them before but they looked cool and I’ve been dying for some jazz CDs. I listened to one of them when I got home and it was good and had very relaxed vibes.
Unfortunately I didn’t get to watch a movie last night like I was planning to because I decided to work on some more things instead and it got too late. But now it’s Friday so… I get to stay up however late I want yayy ⸜(｡˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝.
Yeah so tonight I think that I’ll watch Jim Jarmusch’s Dead Man unless I decide I feel like something else later. I am really tired actually so I should probably just go to sleep but I haven’t watched a good movie since September 23rd and I feel art-deprived, so I might just drink some caffeine so I don’t get really sleepy halfway through the movie ( *ᴗ _ᴗ)ᶻ 𝗓 ᶻ.
My dad was really shitty earlier when I got home and so I’m still kinda upset. I don’t want to go into detail, but I hope/think watching a movie will make me feel better.
In other news I dyed my hair black a few weeks ago and my roots have grown out a bit, and I just noticed this a few days ago. Usually I hate the way that my roots look with my hair colors but with the black they look almost golden and ngl I’m lowkey obsessed .•°:✧⋆.°. They’ll probably look worse once they’ve grown out more, but I actually don’t feel disgusted by them and more than that actually like them so that’s nice. I plan on letting my roots grow out a bit and then dying them pink. I’ve wanted to have pink hair for like my whole life basically I can’t wait (๑>ᴗ<๑)!!
Also I might put out a poll somewhere after I post this about which movie I should watch after Dead Man since my watchlist is 100 films long at this point and it’s lowkey a problem (”” •᷄ ᴗ •᷅ ). I need to actually start watching some of these instead of just constantly adding more and watching ones that aren’t even on it lol…
